Port Corpus Christi to Present at CITEK Forum 2015
Corpus Christi, TX, USA – A delegation representing Port Corpus Christi will travel to Mexico to participate in the CITEK Forum 2015. The CITEK Forum 2015 (citekforum.com) is a global forum that brings together international leaders to network and have discussions in various industries such as Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, Information Systems, and Education. The forum will be held at Centro Fox in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico from September 30 to October 2, 2015. Representing Port Corpus Christi at CITEK Forum 2015 is Executive Director, John LaRue; Port Commissioner, Barbara Canales; General Cargo and Tariff Manager, Maggie Iglesias-Turner; and consultant Jorge Canavati. As part of this mission, voestalpine Texas CEO, Bernhard Schlattl will accompany the Port Corpus Christi team.
Port Corpus Christi Executive Director, John LaRue, is slated to participate on a session panel titled ‘Moving Mexico’. This session will provide participants a socio-economic overview of the country and detail the opportunities for investment and business development opportunities to include bi-national regional logistics. The session will feature national and international perspectives.
